Vendor Registration

Prospective vendors are encouraged to register with the college’s online system via the Bonfire portal. With this system, vendors will register and receive notifications of upcoming solicitations in vendor’s respective fields. Vendor pays no fees for utilizing the online registration system.

It will be the sole responsibility of each vendor to maintain and keep current their company’s information in the online portal. In the event of a contact person change of name, address, phone, password, etc., it will be necessary for the vendor to edit their company information on the site. The College will utilize this system to distribute solicitation via email.

South Texas College utilizes the College’s Purchasing website and The Advance News Journal and Starr County Town Crier for notification of solicitation opportunities.
