The Student Payment-Inquiry Resolution Information Team Office was established in 2007 to assist with student payment inquiries both during the registration process each term and throughout the semester.
The responsibilities of the department include:
- Providing guidance to all students with enrollment-related concerns in the areas of student accounts, financial aid, admissions, and registration. The goal of the S.P.I.R.I.T office is to significantly reduce the frustration associated with student billing and other related difficulties while attending STC.
- Serving as a liaison between student and other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Address inquiries related to student drops, JagCard, complaints, potential new students, holds, collections, billing disputes, and payment options.
The S.P.I.R.I.T. Office is located at the Pecan Campus in Building K Room 1.912 on the first floor.
