Workday Time Tracking
South Texas College is making the transition to Workday. As part of this transition, we will be implementing Workday Time Tracking to replace TimeClock Plus, effective January 1, 2025. This new, modern solution is designed to simplify and enhance time tracking processes, leading to improved accuracy, and it seamlessly integrates with Workday. Additionally, the TimeClock Plus hardware will be removed throughout all campuses. Workday Time Tracking will be accessible via both computer and mobile app (available on iOS and Android).
Action Required:
- After December 31, 2024 employees will not be able to use TCP timeclocks for clocking in and out.
- Effective January 1, 2025 all employees who check in and out must use Workday Time Tracking to record their hours worked.
