Mission

The Compliance Department serves to strengthen the compliance infrastructure by carrying out the College’s mission with adherence to legal and regulatory obligations imposed by all levels of government and other agencies.

Services

  • Develops and implements education and training programs for employees and students to increase awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and resources regarding regulatory laws and college policies.
  • Execute consistent and effective strategies to build awareness of compliance throughout the College.
  • Maintain internal policies and procedures and provide input on policy development to ensure compliance.
  • Establish clear compliance and ethics standards for all employees and ensure consistent enforcement of these standards.
  • Evaluate emerging compliance trends in higher education and government and implement best practices.
  • Report results of compliance program activities to executive management.
