Accountability

Mission

The Accountability Department provides business process improvement services, analytical studies, and performs accountability assessments to the College to sustain efficiency and effectiveness through the transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement of the organization.

Services

  • Process Improvement Projects: Works closely with department personnel and management to research, analyze, diagnose problems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Accountability Assessments: Performs college-wide internal reviews of institutional procedures, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, federal and state regulations, implementation of best practices, and commitment to the College’s mission and values.
  • Special Projects: Undertakes various assignments delegated by administration such as research projects, training initiatives, analytical studies, etc.
