The Accountability Services Department provides business process improvement services, analytical studies, and performs procedure reviews to the College to sustain efficiency and effectiveness through the transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement of our organization.
Process Improvement: Works closely with department personnel and management to research, analyze, diagnose problems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Periodic Procedure Reviews: Performs college-wide reviews of institutional procedures and policies, giving specific attention to best practices and regulatory developments.
Compliance Checks: Conducts evaluations of College programs and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, federal and state regulations, and commitment to the College’s mission and values.
Special Projects: Undertakes various assignments delegated by administration such as research projects, training initiatives, analytical studies, etc.
