Classes not paid in full by the Final deadline may be dropped!

Web payments will be temporarily disabled after 5pm on the Final Payment Deadline.

To avoid being dropped for non-payment, students must meet one of the following:

  • Apply and be eligible for Financial Aid
    • South Texas College school code: 031034
    • Financial Aid Award - has been disbursed and covers full amount.
  • Pay in Full
  • Make payment arrangements
    • Installment Plans
    • Emergency Loans

If your debt is not paid by the final payment deadline, you will not be allowed to:

  • Attend classes after a specific announced date
  • Receive grades
  • Request transcript
  • Take final examinations
  • Receive any other information

Left over Financial Aid credit may automatically be applied to any prior term balances. It is the student's responsibility to follow up on any unpaid balances; Visit the cashier for payment arrangement details on past due balances- these have to be paid by the student directly.

Failure to make payments may result in the account being sent to collection. The student will be responsible for any fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 30 percent of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, late fees, interest and/or court costs assessed in the pursuit of collecting debt owed to South Texas College.

Note: Dropping a class or withdrawing does not cancel your indebtedness to the college. See Refund Guidelines
