Spring 2010 Due Dates

The Payment Deadline to avoid an additional $35.00 Registration Fee is January 1, 2010.

To avoid the additional $35 registration fee:

  • Register and pay in full by the deadline date or
  • Enroll in a payment plan by the deadline date or
  • Register and be Financial Aid Complete.

Early Registration Payment deadline is December 14, 2009.

NOTE: Dropping a class or withdrawing does not cancel your indebtedness to the college.

If your debt is not paid, you will not be allowed to:

  • Attend classes after a specific announced date
  • Receive grades
  • Request transcript
  • Take final examinations
  • Receive any other information

Financial aid will not be applied to any prior term balances. These have to be paid by the student directly. Failure to make payments may result in the account being sent to collection. The student will be responsible for collection costs, including attorney's fees, court costs, and professional collection agency fees. Fees will be assessed regardless of payment method.

If outstanding balance is not paid in full by due date a $30.00 late payment fee will be assessed.

Late Payment Fee will be assessed if total balance outstanding is not paid by "each" scheduled due date.

 

Viewing your balance - Your balance can be obtained by following these steps:
  1. Log into JagNet by going to http://jagnet.southtexascollege.edu.
  2. Click on Pay my bill.
  3. Click Current Account Status.
  4. Select: Plan# (%) Fall 2009/201010 and the Payment schedule will be displayed.
  5. Select: Payments to pay on line.

Acceptable forms of payment
  • Cash
  • Check (Personal Check, Temporary Check, Credit Card Check, Out of Area Check)
    • The payer's driver license or any other state I.D. must be presented with the check.
    • CheckRite system is used for verification of checks.
  • Cashier Check
  • Money Order
  • Credit Card
    • Visa, Master Card, Discover
    • Note: Payments made by mail and credit card payments over the phone must be received or paid prior to payment due date
    • Web Checks and Credit Cards (log on to JagNet)
